We will only ask clients for their name and phone number when booking an appointment.
Relevant medical history (eg allergies, skin conditions ) with the consent of the client will also be needed if booking a treatment.
For clients under the age of 16, we will only take their details with the consent of a parent, carer or guardian.
To provide the service or treatment you have requested and to communicate with you about your appointments by phone or text message with your consent.
Paper records only will be held in the salon and will not be passed to third parties without your consent except to help prevent fraud, or unless required to do so by law.
We are obliged to keep records for up to 6 years.
The information we collect about employees, the purpose it is used for and who it is shared with is set out in our employment contracts and employee handbook.
Information about unsuccessful job applicants will be deleted after 4 months.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information that we hold about you.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to make changes if any information is incorrect.
You have the right to ask us to remove your personal information if there is no need for us to keep it.
